If you need help with protein options let me know but a simple Google search will get you some good options I really love muscle milk meal replacement protein shakes as well, but do what’s best for youduring our journey.


I will be working out as well. I encourage you to get at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. 🏃🏾‍♀️ 💨
