Do you have a food scale? This is what it looks like to get an accurate read on what you're ingesting. Since my caloric intake is at 1732, I divided that by 3 meals. I also stay aware of WHAT I'm eating to meet my macronutrients as closely as possible. It's just as important to make sure you're getting in your protein and watching your carbs.
