I completed Daily Check-In ๐! My why for wanting to eat healthier is because I have noticed when I do so I feel so much better. I also think that eating better gives you the extra push needed so that the physical part of your journey(working out) gives the best results. Incorporating vegetables and fruits I think is not as hard as I try to make it, I just need to do the work to find ways to make meals that include them and are enjoyable.
