Do you have a food scale? This is what it looks like to get an accurate read on what you're ingesting. Since my caloric intake is at 1732, I divided that by 3 meals. I also stay aware of WHAT I'm eating to meet my macronutrients as closely as possible. It's just as important to make sure you're getting in your protein and watching your carbs.

Iโ€™m glad you said this. After I prepped my salad and fruits last night. I went back and looked and thought dang I messed up because there was nothing new in my meal

This looks so good and fresh! What I see when I look at your plate is 50% protein 25% carb and 25% non starchy veg. Good balance! ๏ฟผ
