It's time to melt that back fat away 🔥 this challenge will require dumbbells. I recommend getting a couple of sets ranging from 5 to 20 pounds. If you're a beginner, I would range from 2 to 10 pounds. You can use whatever you're comfortable with. Personally, I start off with 15 pounds on some workouts I can do 20 but as the exercises go on and your arms begin to feel like jelly you may have to decrease your weight for safety purposes.
