Okay I gotta apologize. Nutrition takes more attentiveness than fitness challenges 😩 yesterday was absolutely INCREDIBLE AND INSANE for me! Good news but it took my day 😩. Anyway today I’ll be posting at every meal as I log so I can do a better job. I’m gonna have to do a do-over week lol
It is a lot and I’m still trying to figure everything out as it pertains to calories and macros. I haven’t been tracking but I have been using my scale and making sure that I only eat the serving size as well as smaller portions.
My nutrition started off great but went downhill from lunch. I didn’t meal prep and I think it’s been my downfall. I’ll be cooking tomorrow

I completed Daily Check-In 🍒! My why for wanting to eat healthier is because I have noticed when I do so I feel so much better. I also think that eating better gives you the extra push needed so that the physical part of your journey(working out) gives the best results. Incorporating vegetables and fruits I think is not as hard as I try to make it, I just need to do the work to find ways to make meals that include them and are enjoyable.
I’ll right all right all right today is the last day to get yourself together and prepare for the challenge ahead. If you need help with protein options let me know but a simple Google search will get you some good options I really love muscle milk meal replacement protein shakes as well, but do what’s best for youduring our journey.
I will be working out as well. I encourage you to get at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. 🏃🏾♀️ 💨
