Eat your heart out - 5 delicious desserts


I'm not the best at creating desserts, but I can definitely point you in the right direction and share my favorites! Check out Greatest.com for some tasty Paleo Desserts!




I believe it's important to know that if you change your way of eating, that means you have to retrain your brain on how to prepare your meals.

You may want to document your sugar intake; whether it's an alternative sweetener such as agave, fruit, or any other types of sweeteners.

Now that the important info is over, let me share my faves!

  1. Almond Strawberry Shortcake

If you have a slight sweet tooth try this recipe! It will satisfy you without the guilt! Make sure your strawberries are perfectly ripe! Take a sniff before you add the strawberries to your basket!


2. Lemon Bars


Something tart, sweet, and will make your mouth water. Definitely use lemon zest for this one!


3. French Silk Brownies


This one is good but I'm really not a chocolate eater, but this satisfies me when I'm craving to eat a chocolate bar instead.


4. Donuts with Cashew Cinnamon Glaze


Everyone loves donuts. If you're the exception I'm not sure what to tell you my friend! Allow the glaze to actually get the soft hardening and you'll be as good as Krispy Creme or Shipley's!


5. Paleo Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bites


The only reason I put this last is because I prefer strawberries with my cheesecake so feel free to sub the top with fresh fruit or leave as-is if you're okay with it!
