The secret for positive training: Do what you love, skip what you hate!

If you haven't already, it's time to reconnect with nature!

Have you ever had the dread throughout the day of the fact that you knew you'd have to go to the gym after a long day of work? It's happened to all of us at some point. I have to say that I am in no way, shape, or form, a "gym rat".

"Ugh, I have to go to the gym tonight. *Checks clock* Ugh I have to go to the gym tonight. *anxiety* Ugh, I have to go to the gym tonight.

I have these conversations in my head, and yes I talk back. Lock me up maybe I can skip the gym! I kid, I kid. I shouldn't have such a negative feeling when it comes to working out but honestly I just can't stand going to the gym sometimes. It's not always this way, but the moments DO happen.

How Do You Get Past It?

For starters, identify what it is you enjoy doing. For me, that's hiking, swimming, Zumba, and home HIIT workouts. Now that's not to say that EVERY workout is going to be exciting, motivated, and you'll be ready to take on the day, but what I will say is if you're already in a mood of not wanting to workout, it won't suck as much...basically. 😂🤷🏾‍♀️.

Another thing you can look into is exploring new activities you think you may be interested in. There are a number of ways to get that sweat going:

-Hiking

-Dancing

-Bicycling

-Rock Climbing

-Skating

-Kayaking

-Pole Dancing Workout

-HIIT Workouts

-And so much more!
